You must choose an item(s) you wish to exchange within 10 days after we've received your return. Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Items sent back worn, with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any kind, smoke or perfume smell will not be accepted.

Damages or Defective items:
If you recieve an item(s) that is damaged or defective, we MUST be notified within 48 hours in order to recieve a refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
If a refund does not meet these standards it will not be accepted. Shipping is at buyers expense. If the items(s) are rejected for return but you wish to have it back, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping expense. If shipping is not paid after 5 business days, the item(s) will be donated.
