What are your delivery options?
 

The delivery for an item is delivered through USPS priority shipping. The buyer pays for shipping unless the order is over $100.00

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

In order to return an item, the buyer will have to pay shipping.  See return policy. The item can be returned to

Do you provide International delivery?
 

International delivery is not currently available.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, our return policy is exchange only!  Orders must be returned within 14 days of the purchase and tags must be attached.  You must choose an item(s) you wish to exchange within 10 days after we've received your return. Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition.  Items sent back worn, with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any kind, smoke or perfume smell will not be accepted. 

All sale items are FINAL.

Damages or Defective items: 

If you recieve an item(s) that is damaged or defective, we MUST be notified within 48 hours in order to recieve a refund.  Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. 

If a refund does not meet these standards it will not be accepted.  Shipping is at buyers expense. If the items(s) are rejected for return but you wish to have it back, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping expense. If shipping is not paid after 5 business days, the item(s) will be donated.
